Comments:    During my first year at the U of U, I married Serge Grossi and we had 4 children. In 1984 we moved to Mission Viejo, Calif (southern California). Throughout this time I continued my college studies and graduated from Calif State Univ Fullerton and received a BA in Psychology. Later I is received my MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine Univ, then another MA in Educational Psychology. I've been working as a college professor in a doctoral program, psychotherapist, school psychologist, and educational consultant for too many years to count. A big part of my practice is counseling for the Marines at Camp Pendleton. (My private practice info is below). In 1995, I experienced the worst day in my life. My eldest son, Jason, died of a ruptured aorta. The greatest day of my life was the day he was born and I became a mother, and the worst day of my life was the day he died. It was a profound change in my life and in the lives of my family. Shortly thereafter, my husband, Serge, and I divorced. We decided we made better friends than spouses. I have since remarried to Ray Pasillas. I became a grandmother this year, and we are all so excited. Of all my careers and degrees, nothing is more satisfying for me than being a mother and grandmother. I really enjoy my family. We have a lot of fun when we are together. With my daughter living in Germany and family in Italy, Switzerland, and France, I am able to travel alot. This is my favorite thing to do (next to sailing!) Following my son's death, we discovered a family heart condition that later took my mother, brother, 2 cousins, and 10 plus relatives. I have undergone two open heart surgeries and multiple other surgeries to be around. But enough of that. A friend once said, "When you start talkin 'Procedures', you know you're gettin old!" So I'll end with that!

Here is some information about my company (an excerpt from my website www.susangrossi.com):
